1. About us

This website is operated by Killian Lucas, trading as Kitzy (ABN 19 815 632 311), 32 Wellington Street, Bondi NSW 2026, Australia ("Kitzy", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Who can buy

We sell to customers with a delivery address in Australia. You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our Light-Up Bead Tree Kit contains small parts and button batteries: it is not suitable for children under 3 and must be assembled and used under adult supervision. Keep batteries out of reach of children. If a battery is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek medical attention immediately or call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, a clear pricing error, suspected fraud or a product being out of stock). If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but we will always tell you if we expect a significant delay.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and what happens if a product is faulty. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, or refunding what you paid for them.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Kitzy or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and comments

If you leave a review, it must be honest and about your own experience. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews just because they are negative. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
